Kota Hegyes is releasing their debut short story in the month of June, Presumed Dead!
Presumed Dead is the first in a seven short story series, Sultry Solstices, that follows seven sisters as they find romance with supernatural creatures. These are short and sweet stories with simple plots and all the warm fuzzies of a Hallmark movie… if they had supernatural creatures.
Presumed Dead releases 23 June 2026 as a paranormal romance ebook and will be available through Kindle Unlimited.

Anthology to Come
A few years ago, Skye partook in a couple different charity anthologies. It was one of the best decisions she ever made.
Now, she wants to do the same. Starting in 2027, submissions will open up for two anthologies to be published in 2028 with the intention of increasing that number to four once other charities have been chosen.
Charities that will be supported due to these anthologies:
- Alzheimer’s Association
- The Trevor Project
Each anthology will support a different association and follow a separate theme. More news to come once a theme has been chosen for the first anthology.
